Practical Horticulture 1/2 Day Workshops BD$60
Dr Richard Graham’s workshops are fabulously informative, with a bit of humour! Both these workshops are about propagation, with lots of hands-on activities, including tasks in the gorgeous Andromeda. There are lots of opportunities for questions during the workshops as well as a Q&A session at the end of each session.
For the Pests And Diseases workshop, you can bring in your own plant material for a little bit of a plant clinic towards the end of the session. The emphasis is on organic controls. The composting workshop will provide wonderful surprises about how easy it can be to improve your soil and grow your plants successfully.
Jeff’s workshops contain lots of information and wheelbarrows full of humour, so you learn while you laugh. Lots of giveaways, too! The new workshop on Heliconia will provide details about the different types of these wonderful tropical plants, most of which are native to tropical America.
